This photo was taken from the north side of Cannon Beach, also known as Chapman's Point. You'll find elevated and hilly vantage points from here, which gives you a perfect vantage point of this vast landscape.
You'll want to drive to this area. If you're coming from Ecola State Park, the Ecola State Park Road will lead you close to the location point. Otherwise, you can navigate here via Highway 101. Look for parking spots on Oak Street.
Walk down the Chapman Beach access point and navigate to the GPS coordinates from there.
