This image was taken just off of the Wahclella Falls Trail, with a view of Wahclella Falls and the Upper Tanner Creek Bridge.
After getting off of the I-84, start at the Wahclella Falls Trailhead (45.630557, -121.953802). It'll be about a mile walk to this spot, so make sure you're prepared with waterproof hiking shoes and some water. There will also be mild elevation gain on the hike, so it'll take about 20-35 minutes, depending on how quickly you move and how many times you stop.
When you first approach the waterfall along Wahclella Falls, there will be a rock field on your right with several paths leading to the creek. This photo was taken atop one of the rocks. You can reference the GPS coordinates to see exactly where I stood to get this perspective.
