This photo was taken in front of the Face House and it's located in Kyoto. You can get there by public transport.
Take Karasuma Line to Marutamachi station from Kyoto station. Get out from Exit 6 and walk south. Turn right into Ebisugawa-dori and left into Koromonotana-dori. You will see the building on your right. Route to the GPS coordinates if you have any trouble.
