Capture the blue sky, curved architecture and stunning view in this perfectly framed photograph in Los Angeles' Griffith Park. I was very inspired when I took this shot and I love everything from the colors in the sky to the stark-white building looking over the city.

The featured image was taken on the circular path that wraps around the Griffith Observatory in Griffith Park. Walk around the building until you reach the GPS coordinates. For a familiar photo, the photographer would want to stand to the left of the model on the same circular pathway, and they may need to lean outwards to get balanced views of the observatory and city backdrop.
Get there early to secure a parking spot! The easiest way to access the location is by car or public transportation. You can either park for free at The Greek Theatre and walk up the hill (about a mile) or pay for parking at The Observatory lot, the West Observatory Road lot or the Western Canyon lot. Public transportation is available via the DASH Observatory route.
