This photo was taken at the main viewpoint at Lower Lewis Falls in Gifford Pinchot National Forest.
This viewpoint is located right by Lower Falls Campground, off of NF-90. The day-use parking area is on your right as you turn off of NF-90. Once parked, just walk along the trail past the restroom to the waterfall. There will be signs leading to the viewpoint. It's a short walk — about less than a minute!
If the parking area is full or closed for any reason, you can also park at the Middle Falls Trailhead (46.166167, -121.867374), further north on NF-90. From there it's about a 1 1/4 mile hike down the Lewis River Tail to this viewpoint. Reference to GPS and it will guide you to the Lower Lewis Falls viewpoint.
