This photo was taken from the trees across the field in front of the Storm King Ranger Station.
To get to this exact spot, you'll first need to get to the Marymere Falls Trailhead parking lot (48.058089, -123.789324). It's right by the Storm King Ranger Station, just off of Highway 101.
As you leave the parking lot, the ranger station will be on your right and a wooded area will be on your left. This shot was taken from inside the trees of the wooded area. Alternatively, you can keep going straight and go into the trees on the far side of the closest parking lot for an even more compressed shot.
