This is a Look Down shot inside a mall called Orchard Central. The nearest MRT station is Somerset station (NS23), which is inside 313@Somerset mall. Exit the mall and you will see a set of escalators outside Orchard Central Mall. Take the escalators to the 7th floor and enter the mall on your right. You will see a signage board between two escalators with "Orchard Central" at the top. Go to the back of the sign board and look down to get your shot!
