Ice-Cold Beer Red Wall & Black Windows

This image was taken looking south onto the backside of the bar called Ice-Cold Beer, which is in the neighborhood of Emerald Hill. I stood on Emerald Link to get this view of the red wall and black windows. You can photograph the red wall and black windows outside of the Ice-Cold Beer bar during any month.

I took the photo during midday, but you can also find similar lighting conditions in the morning and late afternoon.

I recommend using a wide-angle lens so you can easily frame the cluster of three windows — with the center window as the main focal point.

To get this upside-down perspective, I rotated my image 180 degrees in post-processing. This gives the illusion that the model is suspended in the window.

Because of the bold red and black colors, I suggest having your model wear white for a stark contrast.

Grab a drink at Ice-Cold Beer and then walk around the neighborhood of Emerald Hill for some shopping.

If you're looking for a place to eat, I highly recommend Midpoint Orchard. It's a small mall that has a basement-level food court with some great Indonesian food.
