This location is in the Marina Mandarin Hotel. Enter via the main entrance on Raffles Blvd and take elevator to Level 4 (Reception). Exit and transfer to one of the four lifts that takes people to their hotel room levels (if you’re not a guest, you’ll have to tailgate someone else who has a key card to use these lifts). I went to the 17th level. Exit the lift and walk to the opposite side of the building so you are facing the lift lobby – that’s where I took this photograph.
