This image from the Tom, Dick and Harry Mountain has a view of the forest and Mount Hood. To get here, you'll need to be prepared to hike with a decent elevation change.
Park at Ski Bowl East (45.299312, -121.756057) and then head toward the trailhead. Follow the signs to Mirror Lake. Once you're there, follow signs to Tom, Dick and Harry (TDH) Mountain.
Reference the GPS point and ascend to the summit, where you'll have this north-facing view of Mount Hood.
