Serving as a natural waterpark for visitors, the hot springs of Las Grutas Tolantongo are one of Mexico's best kept secrets! The turquoise pools are located about four hours from Mexico City and once you arrive, you'll see why the trip there is worth it. From the unique formation of each body of water to the serene setting, Las Grutas Tolantongo is a must-see photo spot for your next vacation in Mexico.

This image of the hot springs was taken on the grounds of Las Grutas Tolantongo. There are four options when getting to Tolantongo from Mexico City: driving your own car, renting a car, taking public transportation via the ADO bus and Colectivo or taking a group tour. Traveling in another country (or even in your own country) can be intimidating so I recommend booking transportation through a tour. Once you're in the area, you'll head to Pozas de Las Grutas Tolantongo, which are the hot springs. There will be a staircase near the pools and this is where the photographer will need to stand in order to get a similar perspective of the model in the water. Standing on the stairs, you won't be able to miss this viewpoint. For additional information on how to get there, check out this website: http://www.grutastolantongo.com.mx/como-llegar.html.
