This image of the koi pond was taken on the grounds of Nanzenin Temple. The best way to get to this location is to take public transportation—you can also drive. Take the Tozai Line to the Keage Station on the subway and then make your way to the entrance of the Tenju-an Temple.
After paying the admission fee at Tenju-an Temple, follow the walking path to Nanzenin Temple and you'll see the koi pond. It's also helpful to reference the GPS coordinates to find exactly where to stand to get this view.
