Nicknamed Eternity Beach after being featured in THAT iconic scene in the Burt Lancaster and Deborah Kerr classic movie 'From Here to Eternity,' this small but inviting stretch of sand packs a big aesthetic punch. With azure waters and a view of the Holona Blowhole, it's no wonder this picturesque beach has been featured in over 50 big-budget Hollywood productions!

This photo of Cockroach Cove, also known as Halona Beach or Eternity Beach, was taken from the sand looking out towards the water. To get here, navigate to the Halona Blowhole Lookout parking lot (21.282372, -157.677062). On the west end of the parking lot, next to Kananiana'ole Highway, you will see a small, rocky trail that leads down to the beach.
Once at the beach, I positioned myself in a sandy area in between rocks in order to get a clear shot of the sand, and faced out east towards the water.
