This image was taken on the northwest dock of the Geroldsee (Wagenbrüchsee) lake in the Krün region of Germany.
You will want to drive here. Make your way to the town of Gerold, which is in the south of Germany. Once you arrive at the town, find a parking spot near the street called In Gerold — make sure not to block a private driveway as there are residential homes in this area.
From there, it's about a 10-minute walk to the lake. Follow the signs toward the lake, which will either be labeled "Geroldsee" or "Wagenbrüchsee". Reference the GPS coordinates in satellite mode to find the exact spot I stood, which is on the northwest side of the lake, looking onto the dock that emerges from land.
