To get to this location from Paris, you'll have to take a three-hour train ride from Paris Gare Montparnasse to Arcachon. Then, you can rent a bicycle or car, or you can take a bus (01 Line) that will drop you off at the edge of the sand dune at the Dune du Pilat stop.
Reference the GPS coordinates when you arrive at the beach and you'll be able to see this west-facing perspective of Banc d'Arguin.
