Park or transit to the end of Torrey Pines Scenic Drive (32.889806, -117.249314). You'll see a trailhead for Gilderport Trail. About 0.2 miles in, veer left onto La Jolla Trail. Make your way to the end of it (roughly another 0.2 miles) and you'll come upon this epic view!
