This view is easily accessed with a vehicle along W Ridgecrest Blvd in Mt Tamalpais State Park - the GPS coordinates will guide you to the exact point in the road I took this shot and there are plenty of turnouts nearby to safely park your car. Please exercise caution while photographing in the middle of the road, making sure there are no cars coming from either direction.
