Drive right up to this convenient, yet unique, forest road in Washington and get clear views of Mount Rainier. In my opinion, it's the perfect spot to compose shots with a car in them and from this vantage point, you'll also be able to capture a photo of the setting sun casting a golden light through the valleys.

This photo of the valley and Mount Rainier was taken along NF-4934, which is just east of Snoqualmie Pass in Washington.
To reach this specific spot, coming from either direction on I-90, start by taking exit 54 (Snoqualmie Pass east).
From the west: Turn left after the exit.
From the east: Turn right after the exit.
Then, make a right onto Lake Mardee Road (NF-4832). This is the same way you'd go to Gold Creek Pond. Once on NF-4832, continue for 3.9 miles and then turn off to the left onto NF-4934. Drive for 3 miles on NF-4934 and you'll be at this spot.
You'll know you're there when you see a big clearing on your left that is used as a makeshift gun range. To get this specific angle of the road, walk up the rocks to the right of the gun range area.
