This photo of the creek and red cabin was taken near Franklin Falls Trail #1036.
To reach this spot, start by parking at the Franklin Falls Trailhead (47.413110, -121.442687), just off of FS 5830. Once parked, follow the well-marked trail out of the parking lot toward Franklin Falls.
You'll walk through the forest for a minute and then come to the handicap parking area/restroom. The trail will pick back up again from the back right corner of this area. Continue on the trail for a minute or two and then the river and cabins will be on your left. Reference the GPS coordinates and they'll lead you right to this view.
