This photo was taken near the entrance of the Navajo Loop Trail in Bryce Canyon.
Park at the Sunset Point parking lot, which is near Rim Trail. Walk the Rim Trail for about a minute and on your right, you will see Navajo Loop Trail. Continue walking along that trail for about five minutes and you'll see the exact location where the switchbacks begin.
