Voted as the "2nd Best Beach in the World" by National Geographic, Clifton Beaches lives up to its reputation. The rippling waves, crashing against the shoreline and the mountainous landscape, basking in the late afternoon light create a scene that's both serene, yet rugged.

This image was taken in front of The Rock viewpoint, looking south onto Clifton Beaches. To get to this location, we recommend driving a car.
If you drive along to the end of Ocean View Drive, you'll find a few places to park along the road that leads to The Rock. After parking, walk a short distance (reference the GPS) and you'll reach the point where we stood to capture this shot.
Please be careful and don't risk climbing to the edge of the boulders at The Rock. Enjoy the view — but remember — it can be a bit windy at times, so it's better to be safe than sorry.
