This image was taken on the highest floor (the same floor as Canopy Park) of the Changi Airport in front of the west side of the Jewel waterfall, which is in Terminal 1 of the airport.
You can visit the waterfall after you land from your plane, before you take off or even if you're not flying at all! No boarding pass is required to enter into this area of the airport.
By MRT:
- Changi Airport (East West Line)
- Enter Terminal 1 through either the T1 Departure or Arrivals
- Stay on the ground floor of the terminal and head to the north side of the Jewel to get this view
