While much of the desert landscape in Qatar is made up of muted, neutral tones, this tapestry and rug market in Souq Waqif is bursting with vibrant colors.

Field tips
If you're able to, I recommend supporting the local shop and purchasing one of the rugs. It's such a unique thing you can take back home with you, too.
It might take a moment to get an empty shot, so be patient! The right moment will present itself and then you can get your photo.
To emphasize the texture and colors of the rugs, I think it looks best to shoot at a lower angle.
It'll also help to draw attention to the rug by shooting with a wide-angle lens (19mm).
If you want to incorporate a human subject in your photo, I recommend taking photos of the employees as they move through their daily routines.
