This photo was taken from the elevated Brooklyn Heights Promenade in Brooklyn Heights. The Brooklyn Queen Expressway (I-278) runs underneath it. You can enter the promenade where Columbia Heights meets Pierrepont St and walk northeast to the general area I photographed from. By Subway: - Closest Station: Clark Street (2 or 3 Train) - Head west on Clark St - Turn left onto Columbia Heights - Turn right on Pierrepont St and then follow the path onto the Brooklyn Heights Promenade
