Pay attention to the safety instructions and be aware of your surroundings when you're on the helicopter. You won't be able to change lenses once you're in the air, so be prepared.

I recommend booking a doors-off flight so there isn't a reflection in your image. It can get cold with the doors off, so make sure to dress warmly.

Try framing all the key elements in the area: the skyline, the river, the bridge, the isle.

Since you're moving in the air, you will want to photograph with a fast shutter speed to avoid blur in your shot.

If you have doors on, make sure to bring a polarizer to cut the reflection.
