Meguro River Cherry Blossoms

This photo of the cherry blossoms along the Meguro River was taken from the parking lot of Nakameguro Apartments. These are residential apartments, so you'll need permission from the building to enter. The easiest way to reach this location is by taking the train and stopping at Naka-meguro Station (via Hibiya Line or Toyoko Line) and then walking north until you reach Meguro River. Cross the river by using Hinode Bridge and then turn right. The destination will be on your left. Once you're inside, make your way to the top level of the parking lot, which will allow you to take this outdoor image. Orient yourself northwest for this view of the Meguro River.
