This image of Sukiyabashi Crossing was taken from the 5th floor of a nearby private building. This intersection is easy to reach, but the building which you'll need to access is a bit difficult to enter.
To get there, you can take the train to Ginza Station, located on Marunouchi Line. The building is very close to the station.
Once you're there, the first thing you need to do is to find the pastry shop called Fujiya Restaurant (Address: Japan, 〒104-0061 Tokyo, Chuo City, Ginza, 4 Chome−2−12 銀座クリスタルビル 1F). Next to Fujiya Restaurant's entrance, there will be a narrow space where you'll see an elevator. Take the elevator to the 5th floor and then turn right once you exit. From there, you'll see this perspective of the intersection.
Since this photo is taken from a private building, it's recommended to get permission to enter before visiting.
