If you're you're taking the train, you'll want to get off at Kita-Kamakura Station (via Shonan-Shinjuku Line or Yokosuka Line). Exit the train and then head southeast toward the temple, located on Meigetsu Street.
Once you reach the main entrance, pay the fee, then make your way to the interior of the temple and then find the circular glass window that looks onto this view of the landscape.
