This image of the lantern was taken on the front entrance stairs of Niomon Gate. You can either drive or take public transportation to get here. Narita is only an hour and a half away from Tokyo. You can get there by taking the JR Narita Express from Shinjuku Station. This spot at Niomon Gate will then be a 13-minute walk away. To get there, first head west and then take Omotesando Street and Shindo-dori. For information on the various forms of transport, visit the temple's website: http://www.nrtk.jp/transportation Once you're in Narita, referencing the GPS coordinates will directly take you there and you'll notice the lantern straight away.
