This photo was taken on the staircase of Kelingking Beach, with a view of the coast.
Because Kelingking is on Nusa Penida, you'll need to take a fast-boat transfer to the island from Bali. From Nusa Penida's main port, Toya Pakeh Harbour, it's a 45-minute drive to Kelingking. The easiest way to get around the island is hiring a private driver for the day since the roads are not well maintained and driving yourself can be dangerous.
If you decide to drive on your own, you can park in the lot (-8.751038274946028, 115.47648090743601) for 5,000 IDR per vehicle and then walk down to the staircase.
Reference the GPS coordinates and you'll see where I stood to get this shot.
