From the start of the trail the hike is 1.8km (1.1 miles) to the peak. Enjoy the views of Kowloon and Hong Kong Island!
By MTR:
- Closest MTR Station: Won Tai Sin (Kwon Ton Line)
- Take exit "B3"
- Follow the Sha Tin Pass Road up and around until you reach Fat Jong Temple.
- Keep following the Sha Tin Pass Road right up the hill and eventually you will reach the trail head labeled Lion Rock Country Park.
You can also taxi directly to the Lion Rock trailhead from the MTR station for a reasonable cost (HKD $22-30).
