The vantage point is on the overpass above Des Voeux Road Central, linking the Central Market complex to the Hang Seng Bank Office Headquarters. I faced towards the Queen Victoria St and Des Voeux Road Central intersection. The best way to get here is by tram to Central Market, or to take any exit from the Central MTR Station onto Des Voeux Road. There is an escalator on both buildings that take you up onto the overpass, which links you to the Mid-Levels escalators and the IFC Mall.
