Walk on water at this majestic waterfront location. This jetty extends out to the surf break and it's not only a popular spot for surfers to come in and out of the water, it also makes for a stunning sunset viewpoint. When the tide is high enough, waves will splash onto the walkway and create a reflection of light and color.

This image of the waterfront jetty was taken in Waikiki at the Kapiolani Park Beach. I took this shot right in the middle of the concrete pier after a wave had crashed up onto the walkway.
The best place to park is along Kalakaua Ave on the metered stalls. Once you park, walk towards Barefoot Beach Cafe (21.267910, -157.822442) and the jetty will be right in front extending from the beach. You can reference the GPS coordinate in satellite mode.
