From either Aldgate, Tower Hill or Monument station, head towards the Fen Court office building on Fenchurch Street. Once you arrive, head into the open ground floor area where you will see a pair of elevators. There will be security before you enter the elevators to the 15th floor rooftop terrace. They'll check your bags and belongings here, so make sure you're prepared for a search! This specific viewpoint is at the southwest most area of the terrace.
