This view is from the top of the Marin Headlands on the north side of San Francisco.
If you're coming from the city, you'll want to cross the bridge and make your way up the headlands via Conzelman Road. Once you get to the roundabout, make your way to the left and follow the road up to choose any of the pullouts to park. There are a number of different spots here for this view.
