Visiting Sutro Baths is like traveling back in time. This Victorian style bathhouse was once the world's largest indoor swimming pool. Today, it's in ruins because it was burned down in the 1900s. With beautiful views of Ocean Beach, it's one of the best sunset spots in San Francisco.

This photo was taken at Sutro Baths at the westside of San Francisco.
There is a public parking lot on Point Lobos Avenue (37.779072, -122.513642). Make the short walk to the beachfront and follow the GPS coordinates to the rock I stood on—but only go if the tide is low and you can easily access the rock.
For this view, I faced southeast towards the Museum on the Cliff building. You will see Ocean Beach in the distance.
