Just south of Pacifica on Highway 1, the parking lot is immediately to your right once you go through the tunnel. From there, the bunker is about 500 feet to the south.
The path is clear and obvious from the road, and the bunker is a great place to capture some even higher views if you want to climb on top of it (carefully). From the bunker, walk a few feet away towards the edge to capture the beautiful coastline below.
