I took this photograph in Elsyian Park, near Dodger Stadium and just a short drive from downtown Los Angeles.
There is a ballpark called "Elysian Fields" that has parking and is a short walk from this location. After parking, walk southwest towards a water tower. You will see a curve in the road with palm trees along the sides.

The consistent weather in Los Angeles makes this a great location to photograph year round. The featured image was taken in November, but fog is hard to predict in Los Angeles.
The light at this location is ideal at sunrise but it’s also quite nice at sunset.
Field tips
I woke up early to photograph sunrise at a location close to here but arrived to find it cloudy. As I was driving home I decided to go through Elysian Park and came across this low fog along the road.
I used a wide-angle lens (24mm) lens to capture the expansiveness of the location, but this is also a great area for a zoom lens.
While composing my image I noticed a biker coming along. I quickly positioned myself back enough to capture the leading lines as well as the top of the trees as he entered the scene.
