This location is Victoria Beach's Tide Pools.
Park on Pacific Coast Highway near Victoria Drive or Sunset Terrace. Walk west on Sunset Terrace and at the end of the street you'll find the public access staircase which leads to Victoria Beach. Walk down the staircase and you'll see the beach to your left. To access the pools, walk to your right (North) around the corner of the cliffs. After a few minute walk, you'll arrive at the circular pool.
Be careful — If the tide is high it may difficult to access!
