This drone image was taken above Mountain Loop Highway, just two miles past the Lake 22 Trailhead. To reach this bend in the road, head out on Mountain Loop Highway toward the Lake 22 Trailhead. Reference your odometer, as well as the GPS coordinates, and drive for exactly two miles. I recommend parking a little further than the bend (about 2.3 miles past Lake 22 Trailhead) at Shoofly Curve and then launching your drone back to the two-mile point where the bend in the road is.
