This location is in the Cloud Forest at Gardens by the Bay. Upon entering, follow the path till you reach the lifts and go up to Lost World which is the top floor. Walk through the end of Cloud Walk and take the escalators down two to Treetop Walk. After the first bend on Treetop Walk, face left and you will see this view.
