This location is the Supreme Court Terrace on Level 4 Mezzanine of the Singapore National Gallery.
Enter the City Hall wing via the main entrance on Coleman St. Stay right and walk up the brown stairs towards DBS Singapore Gallery. Take the escalator to the 3rd floor, exit right, and take escalator to the 4th floor. Walk straight to the Supreme Court Wing, through double doors, and up to the Supreme Court Terrace.
