I took this photograph from within the Sands Expo and Convention Center. Locate the escalators on the ground floor that go up to the 3rd floor and head towards the doors that overlook Singapore's skyline. Walk onto the area outside with artificial grass, turn left, and walk all the way down towards the spot that overlooks the Central Business District.
