This location is in Raffles Place which is located in the core of the downtown business district. To get to this specific spot, take the MRT to Raffles Place, walk out from Exit “B,” go behind the exit terminal to the grass patch, and look up!
Some of the buildings in view are: Chevron House; One Raffles Place; Singapore Land Tower; Keppel Towers; UOB Plaza; OCBC Centre.

You can photograph Raffles Places and its tall buildings any month of the year.
At night the buildings light up adding vibrant colors to your shot, whereas during the day shot may look quite dull.
Field tips
By using an ultra-wide angle lens (14mm) you will optimally capture the height of the surrounding buildings.
Get very low with your tripod. If you don’t have a tripod, you can set the camera on the ground with a timer, but take several steps back so you aren’t in the frame!
I framed the buildings in a way that leads the viewer’s eye deep into the center of the shot. The architectural angles offer many leading lines to leverage.
