This location is on Level 6 of the People’s Park Complex carpark. Enter via the complex’s main entrance on Eu Tong Sen St and walk towards the back left side of the building (past the escalator). You will see Lifts 1 and 2 adjacent to Jia Ling Beauty Care. Take the lift to Level 5, exit right and walk through the door to a flight of stairs. Take the stairs to Level 6. Open the door, exit left and you’ll see the viewpoint!
