Apple Orchard Road Spiral Staircase

This location is a spiral staircase in the Apple Orchard Road store. When you walk in the entrance you'll see two staircases to your left and right. This photograph is of the left staircase. And don't worry, it's perfectly fine to come and photograph here - the store even encourages it! All months of the year are suitable to photograph the spiral staircase at Apple Orchard Road.

Visit during the morning or late-afternoon so you can take advantage of the natural light, but not when it's too harsh. These are also the times when the store isn't likely to be as busy.

By using a wide-angle lens (18mm) you'll be able to maximize the capture of the spiral staircase and surrounding architecture.

Bring along a model; there are a lot of creative ways to photograph this staircase with a subject, so experiment!

Be patient and wait for the staircase to be just you and your subject.
