This location is the Xtreme SkatePark and is best accessed via car or Bus 48 and exit at The Summit stop.
From Carpark F1, walk down the path and the SkatePark will be on your left. This photo was taken at the furthest SkateBowl at the end. I stood on top of the bowl to be above my model.

Tips
When to go
Best season
All months
Best time
Sunrise, Morning
The skate park bowl is great to shoot every month of the year!
You will find the best light during sunrise and morning hours. The SkatePark is also more likely to be empty of people – which is ideal for shooting!
Field tips
If you arrive early morning there may be leaves scattered across the skate bowl (that is, if you beat the man who sweeps them away in the morning!). So you may have to clean your shooting area.
Since I stood on top of the skate bowl, using a zoom lens was helpful to get this close of a shot of my model against the background.
Get low! Crouch down, lie on the floor (but be careful, it may get hot!). If you shoot while standing it may give too much of a top-down feel.
