This retired Boeing 727, hidden amongst 10 acres of towering pine trees in the Oregon forest, is actually a fully-equipped home! An electrical engineer converted the decommissioned plane into a cozy hideaway, and today, it welcomes photographers to shoot his unique abode from all different angles.

This drone photo was taken above the Airplane Home. You can fly your drone from outside the bounds of the owner's private property, as to not intrude on their land.
Reference the GPS coordinates to see where I stood to get this perspective. The owner allows anyone to enter the area to photograph the plane, from the ground or the sky, from dawn til dusk.
The Airplane Home is accessible by car and is about a 20 mile drive from Portland.
