To capture the quietness of this area, I recommend going late at night when bridge illuminates the dark sky and there won't be any people around.

A wide-angle lens (24mm) will allow you to capture the vastness of the scene.

Because of the lack of light from the night sky, you should make sure to bring a tripod.

The light from the bridge will reflect onto the water, so have your subject stand on the rock. Their silhouette will pop against the bright reflection.

North of the location, walk along the Bay Ridge Promenade to take in the views of the water.
