This image of The Great Buddha of Shuurakuen was taken in Shuurakuen Park. The easiest way to get to this location is to take public transportation and then walk to the park. Please note that while it's a short walk from the station, this location does require a bit of an uphill walk that's quite steep.
Get off at Shūrakuen Station (via Meitetsu-Tokoname Line) and then turn left to head north toward the park. Pass by 金剛力士像 (Statue of Kongo Rikishi) and then you'll see the massive buddha figure in front of you. Stand on the southeast side of the statue to capture it between the cherry blossoms.
